EXTRA
- *Extra Adult: INR 1200 and Child 700 INR per night with mattress inclusive of breakfast.
- * 8.40% GST (subject to change as per Government Regulations).

PEAK SEASON EXTRA
- *Minimum of 4 night stay between 15th December 2015 - 5th January 2016.
- *Activities to be pre-booked - 2 activities or 2 days of activities/per person.

CHILD & INFANT POLICY
- Infants and Children below the age of 5 years will be complimentary without any extra mattress and will be charged for Govt ferry/Makruzz tickets only. For extra mattress child rates apply.
- Children between 5-12yeras will be charged as per child rates.
- Children above 12years will be charged as per extra adult rates.

ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY
- Duplex Cottages - One Bed, maximum 4 adults or 2 Adult + 2 Children only, one diwan at lower level (already in the room) and max 1 mattress placed at upper level.
- Sea View & Tented Cottages - maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 Child only. Max 1 extra mattress.
- A Frame Hut - Maximum 2 adults on NO meal plan. Common restroom.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME & DAY USE ROOMS
- Check-in is 1200hrs and Check-out is 1000hrs. Early check-in & late check-out subject to availability.
- Guaranteed day use between 0900 hrs – 1600 hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, subject to availability.
- Guaranteed late check-out beyond 1600 hrs will be charged one nights’ room rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- For cancellations received,
31 days or more – 98% refund;
16 days or more – 50% refund;
Less than 16 days in advance of arrival – no refund
- No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15 Dec ’15 – 5 Jan ’16.
- No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
- Cancellations outside the cancellation policy will attract a 2% Cancellation penalty.
- No refunds would be offered on the Government Ferry or MAKRUZZ (Speed Catamaran) tickets, if already purchased.
- In case a guest has paid via Credit Card, and if any refund is due as per our cancellation policy, then a charge of 3% is applicable prior to remitting the amount.
- Incase the guest has an International bank account, then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer. We will remit the amount as per our cancellation policy.

BOOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Booking will be held provisionally up to pre-specified cut-off date after which they will be released unless full payment is received. Booking is confirmed only after 100% advance payment is received
